Gayfield, Arbroath - Review.

Updated: Apr 17, 2022

Arbroath 0-0 Kilmarnock, Scottish Championship. 24th September 2021.

Stadium Location – ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A 10 minute walk from the train station, as well as the harbour. A pub across the road from the ground, and stunning views with the stadium sitting only metres away from the North Sea. The only thing that contributed to losing the fifth star, everywhere was shut after the Friday night fixture.

Parking – ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Street parking around the stadium and along the coastal view was easy to come by. A small waiting time to get out, but nothing drastic.

Seat View – ⭐⭐⭐

The ticket was unallocated, and the main stand is the only seated area. Structural pillars could be restricting looking along the pitch, but being close to the home dugout brought you closer to the action.

Atmosphere – ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great turnout by both sets of supporters, with all the standing areas packed and getting behind their teams.
